WSH International Group Holding PTE LTD was founded in 2011 with an extensive network of 5 subsidiaries and associated companies under its wings, achieving total revenue of more than S$60 million in 2012. The business activities range from road, highway, bridge, jetty, airport, MRT, HDB flat and other infrastructure work. In the past decade, the management team has accumulated valuable engineering experiences, connection to the clients and a good reputation in the industry, which provides a solid basis for establishing of WSH International Group Holding.
Deep into the construction industry, WSH International Group Holding has commenced to integrate the industry chain in the beginning of 2012, aiming to provide a one-stop service to the prospective clients, from the land development, design and construction to the material and decoration. So far, WSH International Group Holding has invested to build a pre-cast manufacturer in Malaysia. The pre-cast products are used in two HDB building works (Woodlands and Jurong West) which contributes to the improvement of productivity and ensures WSH International Group Holding to penetrate into the prosperous pre-component market.
Based on the success of investment in the past year, WSH International Group Holding is now starting the second round fund raising to leverage the abundant opportunities and resources. We are aspiring to bring more talents with strong entrepreneurship and broad vision together to strength our innovative business model through the integration of capital, technology and management and provide prominent return to all the shareholders.
