| Job Description: |
- In charge of concrete precast production management;
- Communicate and negotiate with customers;
- Ensure implementation of precast plant rules and regulations, examine and approve staff's personal application;
- Monitor precast production and implementation of production scheme, modify its disadvantages at all times，to ensure all problems been solved

| Requirements: |
- Education: Mechanical or structure engineering related diploma or higher;
- Experience: More than 5 years' production line experience; Experience on concrete precast production will be an advantage;
- Skills: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MS Office, MS Project(Proficiency Level);
- Working Attitude: Fast-learning, hardworking, full of creativity, execute power and analytical ability;
- Language: Excellent on english and chinese
