| Job Description: |
- Develop full scale project scope, goals and deliverables;
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities;
- Communicate and negotiate with customers and other related stakeholders

| Requirements: |
- Education Requirement: Civil, electrical, mechanical or construction related diploma or higher;
- Experience: More than 5 years' experience on project management in construction industry;
- Software Skills: Good MS Office and MS project operation skills;
- Working Attitude: Fast-learning, high management ability and communication skills, hardworking, full of creativity, execute power and analytical ability;
- Language: Excellent on english and chinese
