| Job Description: |
- Communicate and build good relationship with other consultants, QS, developers and contractors;
- Assess tendor & cost, manage contractors and give suggestions to the project team;
- In charge of project tendoring, cash flow and cost control, deal with sub-contractors' claim and account settlement;
- Deal with contractors' claim, payment and collection
- Contract management

| Requirements: |
- Education Requirement: Civil or construction related diploma or higher;
- Experience: More than 3 years' experience on QS in construction industry;
- Software Skills: Good MS Office operation skills;
- Working Attitude: Fast-learning, hardworking, full of creativity, execute power and analytical ability;
- Language: Excellent on english and chinese
