Established in 2012, the company is the first project invested by the group. With the manufacture plant located at Kota Tinggi (Johor, Malaysia), the company supplies and delivers a variety of pre-components to several building projects at Singapore. Currently, three production lines are installed and the capacity is 3,000m³/month.
Service
The main business is to supply and deliver a variety of pre-components, including slab, plank, column, wall, beam, staircase, staircase wall, facade, gable endwall, precast duct, air-con ledge, refuse chute, non-prestressed plank and household shelter.
Awards
The company has successfully met the HDB standards and obtained the approval from HDB to produce and supply normal precast components at Kota Tinggi plant.
